How Focus Fifteen works

Focus Fifteen is built for people who want a realistic daily plan and a calm execution loop, not an overloaded task dump.

1. Write your day the way you think

Start with your actual daily intent, not a perfect project brief. Add available time, then build the day plan.

2. Let the planner turn it into a queue

The app creates a practical queue of tasks and sprint estimates. You can reorder tasks before you begin.

3. Work in 15-minute sprints

Pick the current task, start the timer, and use the working notes area to capture progress while you work.

4. Replan when the day changes

If your priorities shift, use replan instead of fighting the original queue. The goal is to keep the day realistic.

5. Finish the day deliberately

When the work is done, close the day. Focus Fifteen saves a summary and carry-forward context for the next day.

6. Sign in if you want continuity

You can start anonymously. Google sign-in is mainly for saving history and resuming your day across devices.

Who it is best for

  • People who think in natural language and want structure quickly.
  • People who prefer short focus cycles over long rigid schedules.
  • People who need a daily execution tool, not a full project-management suite.
