Focus Fifteen helps people turn daily intent into a structured focus plan. This policy explains what data the service uses and how it is handled.
What we collect
Focus Fifteen may store the following categories of data when you use the product:
- Account information from Google sign-in, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
- Planning data, such as goals, daily intent, task lists, sprint counts, notes, summaries, and history.
- Operational data, such as anonymous device identifiers, event logs, and request metadata used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use data
- To generate plans, replans, and end-of-day summaries.
- To keep your history and planning memory separate from other users.
- To improve reliability, prevent abuse, and understand high-level product usage.
Third-party services
Focus Fifteen relies on infrastructure and service providers, including:
- Google for sign-in.
- Vercel for frontend hosting.
- AWS for backend processing and data storage.
- AI model providers configured by the service operator for planning and summary generation.
How long data is kept
Planning history, summaries, and related task memory may be retained so the service can provide continuity over time. Security and usage logs may also be retained for operational purposes.
Your choices
- You can clear the active day from inside the app.
- You can sign out of Google at any time.
- Anonymous usage remains device-scoped until you choose to sign in.
